The 46 table is made out of 46 discarded table legs that have been cut to approximately the same size and melded together. (Afnan’s concept here is somewhat similar to Reddish Studio’s upcycled menorah, made of different sized found candlesticks.)

Industrial Upcycle

I sell some of the oldest wood products on ETSY! Some of the reclaimed barn wood I use originally came from Old Growth Giant Redwoods (Sequoia sempervirens), which grow exclusively along the Northern California Coast, and can be over 1800 years old! Its impossible to get wood like this anymore. These beautiful old growth trees, which were harvested from as early as the 1850's, are now protected from being harvested.
Wiki Facts: Sequoia sempervirens is the sole living species of the genus Sequoia in the cypress family Cupressaceae. Common names include coast redwood, California redwood, and giant redwood. It is an evergreen, long-lived, monoecious tree living 1200 – 1800 years or more. This species includes the tallest trees on Earth, reaching up to 379 feet (115.5 m) in height and up to 26 feet (7.9 m) diameter at breast height.

Upcycled Bottle - Decoupage
Upcycled Bottle Vase or Candle-Holder Decoupaged Provence Style
This unique vase / candle-holder was made from an empty bottle by painting it and using decoupage technique for decorating.
I used water borne varnish to protect the picture. Anyway, the scrubbing can damage the surface of the vase. Clean with damp cloth or cold running watter.
